The town of Pickerington is about twenty minutes out of Lancaster and home to Violet Township Dog Park. This beautiful dog park is separated by large and small breeds and provides clean-up bags for your dog. The park is mainly grass, which is great for running or fetch, and the locals love how much room there is for the dogs to play in. The park does not have water fountains or bathrooms, so be prepared when you arrive and note that there aren’t any trees so it isn’t shaded at all. The atmosphere of Violet Township Dog Park is fun and friendly and your pup will have a great time socializing with new friends.
