This park is located in the peaceful neighborhood Avalon Park, which also has a walking path and playground for the kids. The dog park is perfect for off-leash exercise, and offers plenty of grassy open space for your pup to roam and explore. There are also covered ramadas and shaded benches to escape the Arizona sun. Be sure to bring some water and treats for your pooch, as it can get hot during the day. There is no better place in town for making new furry friends than at Avalon Dog Park!

When you are out and about exploring with your pup under the Arizona sun, you have got to stop for a refreshment and bite to eat! In the Residential Estates neighborhood, you can visit the pawsome Panarelli’s Italian Subs. This is the best place to come for subs, wraps and hotdogs when you are in Lake Havasu City. The locals even rave about the famous homemade chili! Your pooch is welcome to join you at one of the outdoor tables that are under shade.

When you are on your travels and need a place to stay for the night while you are in Lake Havasu City, check out the Havasu Falls RV Resort. This is a pawsome place to park your RV with plenty of hook-ups available. Plus, there are beautiful views of Lake Havasu! You also have access to a heated swimming pool, laundry facilities and a bunch of other puptastic facilities you can use during your stay. What’s more, Havasu Falls RV Resort is dog friendly! Your pooch is welcome to stay with you and explore the grounds, as long as he remains on leash. There are rules on certain dog breeds, such as Pit Bulls and Rottweilers, so be sure to check this in advance.

Located in Lake Havasu City for nearly 40 years, this pawsome spot to head for lunch or dinner offers burgers, steak, wraps and sandwiches, as well as plenty of beer on tap. Now your pups can join in the fun too, with plenty of outdoor tables where your pooch can sit with you and watch all the excitement.

To go on an adventure with your furry friend, you have got to visit Lake Havasu State Park! This is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and see beautiful views. You can walk one of the sniff-tastic trails here, including the Mohave Sunset Trail. This is around two miles long, and allows you and your pup to explore the desert and shoreline. All pooches are welcome at Lake Havasu State Park, as long as they remain on leash. However, they aren’t allowed on the beach area of the park.
