Here you will find an awesome stopover and outdoor adventure at the Hollow Hills Wilderness Area. There is a total of 22,366 acres for you to explore with your pawtastic pup. This land is managed by the Bureau of Land Management in California which welcomes people and their pups to enjoy the unspoiled wilderness. Here you will be able to see scenic views of Silver Lake and the surrounding Turquoise Mountains. Wildlife abounds in the area, including tortoises and lizards. This is a groomed trail which is often frequented by the area’s residents who enjoy the great outdoors in a more structured environment. This hiking path runs in the sand dunes for 2.7 miles one way. It is rated as ‘moderate’ and is suitable for most pawtastic pups. Make sure Fido’s fitness level is appropriate for this trail through beautiful scenery and wildflowers.
