When spending time in the Riviera neighborhood, Fido will have a furtastic time visiting the Rotary Dog Park. The fenced area is separated into two areas – one for small pups and one for large dogs. If your pooch likes to show off his skills, the agility equipment will offer a challenge. After playing in the park, you can also allow your water-loving pooch to swim in the river right next to the dog park area. If you need a break, relax on one of the benches or picnic tables and get a cool drink for you and your pup. For lunch or dinner, take Fido to D’Angelo’s Italian Restaurant or Lazy Harry’s and sit on the outdoor patio facing the river.

Katherine
The Davis Camp Park in the Katherine neighborhood is an amazing RV park that welcomes up to two pets either overnight or on a day pass. The campsites and bunkhouses are pup friendly, and you and Fido can spend time walking along the trails and admiring nature. You can launch your boat from the pier and take your pup for a ride on the river in a kayak. With showers, laundry facilities, and a dump station, the Davis Camp Park is perfect for a day, or a weekend! Be sure to keep your pup leashed throughout the park, and be aware there is a very small addional per day fee.

Ramar and Lakeside
Taking your pup for a walk in the Ramar and Lakeside neighborhood is even more fun if you stop by the Bullhead City Community Park. You can walk around the path or relax at one of the picnic tables and enjoy a snack.If you need even more exercise, head over to the Dean Hackett Park that features a walking path, picnic table, and playground. Be sure to bring some doggie waste bags and always clean up after your pooch. If you are looking for a pet-friendly place to stay, Lodge on the River welcomes two dogs up to 50 pounds for an additional fee.

Silver Creek
When visiting Arizona, dog lovers often enjoy staying in the Silver Creek neighborhood at one of the popular RV parks. The Silver View RV Resort is close to the casinos in Laughlin and situated on the Colorado River. Mesquite Creek
The Mesquite Creek neighborhood is located about 25 miles from Bullhead City in the town of Mohave, and features one of the 1600 rail-trails located all over the country. When Fido needs a walk, check out the Mohave and Milltown Railroad Trail where you can walk along the former railroad that follows along the Colorado River and the Black Mountains. Along the way, you will see the abandoned Milltown stamp mill and the remains of this historic area. Make sure to bring your own water bottles and doggie waste bags to enjoy your day with Fido.
