Elaine was awesome! She took the time to make Kauai feel comfortable and made sure she stayed with her until she went to the bathroom outside!

Jennifer has walked my Lucy a handful of times now. I always feel relieved when I see she ll be the one to walk or play with Lucy because I know Lucy will get excellent and loving care.

review

I have NEVER come across someone who is so willing to go the extra mile for my pet. She is HIGHLY recommend and reliable. Jennifer has been caring for Oliver that past few months now and I am incredibly thankful for her. Talk about a life saver. I work bizarre hours and she has gone above and beyond in every way. My dog was recently hit by a car and Jennifer showed up to the animal hospital (drove way out of her way) just to make sure my Oliver boy was going to be OK. This just shows the character she has and I can t recommend her enough. Part of me wants to be selfish so I can take her availability but I know someone else s family & pet will be so lucky to have her as a caretaker. Jennifer has become a friend to me and part of my family. In such little time, and I can fully say I trust her fully with everything.

Coloma

Coloma

This quaint city, located 36 miles northeast of Cameron Park, is known as being one of the first places where gold was discovered in the Sierra Nevada. Apart from its heritage, this is a beautiful green place, with Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park right in the town center. The James Marshall Monument in the southern part of the park is a noteworthy tourist attraction. The park is also a wonderful place for on-leash walks with your pooch, where you can explore countless trails spread all over. Going up the stream of the South Fork American River, you will find another place to visit with Fido. Dave Moore Nature Area appears to be a trail loop which also provides river access for swimming as a bonus for well-behaved pups. The most convenient way to visit Coloma going from Cameron Park will be driving through Lotus Road by car for approximately 25 minutes.

Folsom

Folsom

The city of Folsom, located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada in Sacramento County, is a pet-friendly place to take your dog for a walk. Fido can play off-leash in Folsom Dog Park, located within Cumming Family Park, on the western part of the city just right across Oak Chan Elementary School. The park provides visitors with two areas for large and small dogs separately so your pup can easily find some same-size-friends. There’s also running water and lots of space to romp and run! The park isn’t typically busy in the morning or during the afternoon (excluding weekends) so if you want to come by for a morning jog with your pooch at your side, Folsom Dog Park is the pawfect place!

Oak Crest Village/Farmette Hills

Oak Crest Village/Farmette Hills

A special dog park -- C-Bar-C Dog Park -- is surrounded by two neighborhoods: Oak Crest Village on the east and Farmette Hills on the west. Getting to Citrus Heights will not take long: going straight via US-50 West, you’ll arrive in approximately 30 minutes. The area around these two neighborhoods has some shopping facilities and Northwoods Park situated against the dog park. C-Bar-C Dog Park is an alluring off-leash area for dogs of all temperaments, sizes, and needs. The place is fully fenced and protects especially active pooches from running away. The park has a separate area for small dogs, lots of shade trees, a water spigot, and outside seating including benches and tables. For the joy and excitement of those pooches who adore water and fancy themselves swimmers, there are several pools and a water hose to enjoy.
