If you want to spend the day in the park with your dog, head over to Panorama Park. Panorama Park is the largest park in Cathedral City, and it features basketball courts, volleyball courts, and picnic areas with charcoal grills. It also has a flat, paved .45-mile walking path that goes around the park. Dogs are welcome on-leash in this neighborhood park.

For another pawesome park, head over to the city of Palm Desert, and check out the Cap Homme/Ralph Adams Park.
