Hi my name is Vanessa and my passion happens to be working with animals. Animals have always been a part of my life growing up and hold a special place in my heart. Walking dogs would be bring me nostalgic memories to when I use to as a middle schooler for people in my neighborhood and I ended up becoming really good friends with this elderly woman who couldn’t walk her dog anymore because she cancer in her leg. Things like that make me so happy.

I am a long time volunteer at various animal shelters, using my donated time to rehabilitate dogs, helping them socialize to make them more adoptable and find their forever homes. I have grown up with various animals since I was very young. I have experience dealing with many situations and can keep a calm demeanor while staying in control. Often dogs and cats alike will come up to me asking to be pet or loved on because I have a very safe and inviting nature.

“Help me help you”

I’m an experienced dog walker based in Palm Springs. I moved here from the “United” Kingdom in 2017, and now work part-time as an English tutor and piano teacher. Apart from my accent, I’m unlike most Brits: I’m friendly, upbeat, and I enjoy life. When I’m not teaching or writing, I like to spend as much time outside as possible, whatever the weather—I’m used to it.
