Church St

For some exercise with your furry friend, enjoy a wander around the Desert Christ Park when you are in Yucca Valley! This is a pawsome 3.5 acre park where you can explore the grounds and enjoy the 40 religious sculptures that are here. This is a puptastic place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Since there are cement sculptures here, it may be best to keep your beloved companion on his or her leash. In addition, since this is an open desert area, be sure to bring some fresh water for your panting pup.

There are some puptastic dog friendly eateries that you have got to try when you are in Yucca Valley! This includes John’s Place, which is a pawsome and friendly spot in town that serves up delicious meals for lunch and dinner. You can get your paws into some burgers, seafood and steak, as well as chill out at one of the tables on the patio with your furry friend. Another furrific place in Yucca Valley is Gadi’s Restaurant & Bar! This place has a great menu and a fully stocked bar, with live entertainment on the weekends. All beloved companions are welcome at the outdoor tables to watch the world go by.

Kickapoo Country

Every beloved canine needs his or her daily exercise, and there is no better place to stretch your legs than at Jacobs Park in Yucca Valley! This furrific park in town has plenty of open space to let your pup roam, as well as play fetch with his or her favorite ball or Frisbee. There are some trees here that are worth investigating, but be sure to bring some water and treats to keep your pup’s energy high. Other puptastic amenities here include tennis courts, basketball courts and a playground for the kids to have some fun in the sun.

There is no better place to bring your pup for some fun in Yucca Valley than the Essig Dog Park! This is located at Essig Park and is fully fenced in for safe exercise and play. You can unclip your canine’s leash and watch her have a ball! There is grass here for your pooch to roll and roam, as well as picnic benches where you can sit and relax. You can bring toys for your pupper to play with, or your doggo can socialize and make new furry friends here too! Just remember to bring water for your dog, as there are no other facilities here.
