Dog Walking in Guadalupe

Guadalupe is a small beach town located in Santa Barbara County. Filled with a few pawsome parks that you and Fido can explore together, and a great hiking trail that your pup will love to explore with you, this town has lots to offer. Although there are no veterinarians located inside of Guadalupe, less then ten miles out in Santa Maria, there are a slew of veterinarians that you and your pup can visit.

Grab Fido and head out to the Jack O'Connell Park for a dogtastic day out. The park offers a picnic area with a pavilion for shade, restrooms, a playground, and some basketball courts. The walking path that surrounds the park is perfect to journey along for an awesome walk before continuing your day.

If you're looking to get your paws a little wet, head out to Point Sal State Beach. This pawsome beach offers a great trail that you and your pup can hike together, making it a great day out for both of you. The 10.3-mile trail can take a while to complete, but the views will be well worth it.

With the amazing parks and beautiful beach, you and your pup will love hanging out in Guadalupe together.

This pawsome park is filled with grassy fields, shaded picnic areas, softball diamonds, football and soccer fields, and tennis courts, all which your pup will love exploring. If Fido is craving a little off-leash time, check out the dog park  inside of Nipomo Regional Park. The dog park offers a large area to play in, plus there are water bowls, plenty of shade, and benches for owners to relax on while visiting. Only seven miles out of Guadalupe in Nipomo, your pup will love visiting this pawsome park.

Waller Park is filled with so many dog friendly amenities, Fido won't know what to do when he gets there. Check out Woof-Pac Park for some awesome off-leash time and to meet some new friends. The 3-acre park is fenced in and offers a large and small dog park. There's plenty of grass for fetch here, plus available water. If Fido is looking to get a good hike in, check out the Santa Maria Valley Multi-Purpose Trail. The 2.7-mile trail has an asphalt ground covering, which is perfect for a great day of hiking. After a great day out, stop into Ricky's House of Pizza for a bite to eat. This casual pizzeria dishes out an assortment of delicious dishes that Fido will be drooling to get a lick of. Atkinson Park is down the road from Oakley Park, and offers over six acres of park fun.
