On the coast of the Pacific Ocean lies Oceano, a small beach city in San Luis Obispo County. Oceano is known for its sand dunes and beautiful coastal beaches that you and your pup can visit together. Besides the gorgeous natural areas, there is a great restaurant the two of you can dine at together, and one veterinarian that Fido can visit.

Head out to Oceano Park for a fun afternoon out under the sun with you pup. This park features a playground, plenty of picnic tables, and grass for your pup to roll around in. There are plenty of trees to help provide shade, and a nice walking path around the park that you and Fido can use to get a good walk in for the day.

Grab a bite to eat at Sylvester's Burgers where they offer American fare for locals and tourists. Their menu includes a heart attack burger, hot dogs, and salads. Their huge outdoor patio welcomes your pup to dine alongside you, and maybe even enjoy a hot dog himself.

If you and Fido need a place to stay, check out the Oceano Inn. This lovely Inn welcomes your pup to stay the night with you and sleep well before heading out on your next adventure together.

Your dog will love hanging out with you in this beachside town.
