You'll find parking nearby, as well as a rinse station for washing the sand out of Fido's fur before heading back home.

Looking for a good ol' fashioned dog park? Laguna Beach Dog Park is located just a short 7-mile drive away from Laguna Hills. There's plenty of room for your pup to run and romp in this grassy off-leash park. It's also well-shaded, which is a necessity for those hot California days. The rules are pretty strict; dogs must have a current license, and they have to be leashed when entering or exiting the park. Another obvious rule is that you have to pick up after your pup. Water and waste stations are provided. Be aware that the park is closed on Wednesdays due to maintenance.

Huntington Beach Best Friend Dog Park is located in Central Huntington Beach, about 21 miles away from Laguna Hills. Like most dog parks, this off-leash dog park features two separate areas for small and large breeds. Most of the necessities are provided here, including shade, benches, and doggie water fountains.
