My name is Tony I have a blue nose pit bull that’s 4 years old. I’ve had a few dogs growing up some where my moms some where my grandmas but I’ve been around dogs since I was a baby. I know all the things you need to know about what dogs can and can’t eat and signs that dogs give to express how they are feeling and what calms them when they are scared or have anxiety. So I have a strong care for dogs and like being around them.

Hi! My name is Nicholas and I've had a teacup chihuahua for 13 years now. I watch my neighbors dogs whenever they are out of town. Which required me to feed, walk, and play with the dog. I always make sure to follow all instructions asked and do everything on time.

“Everything I own is covered in dog hair.”

I've always been the one who everyone calls for anything dog related. I've volunteered at shelters, have worked for a pet behaviorist's radio show, grew up with dogs, and currently have two awesome low-rider pit mix rescue pups of my own. I know how much our dogs can affect every aspect of our lives, and I'd like to help alleviate your stress by making sure your buddies are well cared for while you're out. Let me know if your pups would like to go walking with me soon. I can't wait to meet them!

Hi, my name is Jackson and I came to Los Angeles about 3 years ago to pursue acting. I grew up with dogs and they have always been an important part of my life. As I do not have a dog of my own, I have stayed involved with dogs by walking and sitting them, as well as volunteering at shelters when I can. I figure that my love for dogs along with exercising and getting outside in the beautiful LA weather is a great match for me and your dog! Often times I will have an audition or two that take up an hour of my day, but for the remainder, I want to spend it outside, and I feel it is a great use of my time to spend it with some lovable pups. I also don't have a dog of my own but have an apartment that can house them if that is needed.

Dog Walking in Playa Del Rey

Playa del Rey is a beachfront community in the greater Los Angeles area. Although small in size, it is full of all the SoCal favorites -- sun, sand, and surf. Located only 20 miles outside of Downtown Los Angeles, this town is close to world class restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Besides all the sun and fun, Playa del Rey also has some pet friendly restaurants. Book a dinner date with your four legged BFF and head out on the town. Playa Provisions is a unique cluster of stores and eateries. Small Batch serves ice cream, Grain sells spirits, and Dockside has fresh seafood on the menu. All offer outdoor tables, so once you get your food, you can sit right next to your pup.

For a little pick-me-up, stop by Tanners Coffee. Besides having a delicious assortment of coffees, teas, and other drinks, they also serve mouthwatering wraps and sandwiches. This dog friendly establishment is also only two blocks from the ocean. Del Rey Deli Co. has two outdoor tables that accommodate furry patrons. Munch on a Caprese Sandwich while your pooch enjoys the salty ocean air.

After you grab a bite to eat, head over to the Ballona Freshwater Marsh. Take your pup for a couple laps around the trail. He’s sure to have a tail waggin’ time!

The Ballona Freshwater Marsh is also nearby. A well maintained trail guides you through a marshland and along Ballona Creek. The peaceful atmosphere will give your pup a chance to reflect on his good life. This trail is about a mile, so if you have an active pooch, you may need to take a couple laps.

She can check her leash at the gate and cruise around carefree. There is plenty of space for romping and wrestling, as well as a good old fashioned game of fetch. If your little pup doesn’t like to run with the big dogs, just head over to the small dog section. Drinking fountains and benches are provided. This park is also only 10 minutes from LAX, so if your pooch is just getting off a long flight, bring her by for some exercise. If your pup is a bit less social, try Fountain Park.
