Outdoor diners can bring a pup and enjoy classic, hearty breakfasts with unlimited coffee! If you want something light, Le Pain Quotidien is a European Organic bakery and cafe with terrace dog-friendly seating outdoors! If you are ready for something heavier, head to Hennessey’s Tavern. This English/Irish pub specializes in the classic pub dishes we all know and love. Your dog will love being seated with you in classic canine fashion!

El Porto

This northernmost neighborhood of Manhattan Beach is a great place to go to dine with your dog. If you appreciate the finer things in life, share them! Your dog can join you at the outdoor tables of Four Daughters Kitchen, which blends Asian inspired dishes with American favorites. If you’d rather have something a little more straightforward, head down the street to The Local Yolk. This diner has everything that keeps locals and visitors coming back for more, and they serve it outside to dog-friendly patio tables! Bite into fluffy flapjacks while your pup enjoys the water bowl. You’ll both be begging for more!

Sepulveda Corridor

Sepulveda Corridor is home to Polliwag Park, which does double duty as a great large, multi-use park and a dog run! First, the park itself. Polliwag Park has walking trails, sports fields, and even a pool! It’s a great place to walk your leashed dog, especially if your pup is shy and doesn’t like running with too many other dogs off leash. When you’re warmed up, head to the north side of the park to find Polliwag Dog Run. There aren’t many signs, so it may be tough the first time! This fenced dog run is small, but great for social dogs who want to sniff, run, and play with each other!

Sands Section

Manhattan Beach’s Sands Section is a cool place to explore with your dog. It’s sandwiched between Downtown and El Porto, making it an easy stop as you explore the city. First, enjoy Bruce’s Beach. This small park is rich in history and has great views down to the sand! It’s totally worth a stop. If you’re looking for off leash fun, head down to Live Oak Park. This park has a playground, grill spots, plenty of picnic space, and that most precious feature: an off leash dog run! Dogs can enjoy frolicking in the small, but fully fenced in space until they’re ready for a good nap!

Aviation Corridor

Aviation Corridor is one of the smallest neighborhoods in Manhattan Beach, and rides the line between Manhattan Beach and neighboring Rodendo. As such, the classic Aviation Park is popular with residents of both cities. If you’re out on the outskirts of Manhattan Beach, don’t miss this pawsome park. Though most of its space is devoted to human activities, there’s still plenty for a curious dog to sniff out. It boasts several sports fields and exercise equipment, making it the perfect place to go if your main motivation for walking was to give you and your leashed pup a good workout!
