Hi! My name is Jazz, and I’m a fellow animal lover just like you! I currently own an African Pygmy hedgehog named Wensworth, but he wouldn’t like it if I put a leash on him haha. So instead, I ask you to give me the honor of walking, and loving your dog while you get your human things done! I have lots of experiences with a wide variety of breeds, and understand the different personality types. I’m a psychology major at FGCU, concentrating my studies in animal-assisted therapy.

Dog Walking in Bokeelia

Bokeelia is a small bedroom community located on Pine Island in Lee County. The island sits on the Pine Island Sound, perfect if your pup loves dipping his paws in the water. There are no veterinarians in Bokeelia, but just down the road in St. James City, there is one great vet that you and Fido can visit.

The Phillips Community Park is a fantastic park to visit with your furry pal by your side. The park is open from dawn until 9p.m. everyday of the week, giving you and your dog plenty of time to hang out. There are great amenities here, like three lighted tennis courts, a playground, a pavilion, picnic tables, and two lighted baseball fields. There is also plenty of open grass for fetch, and a paved walking trail.

Little Lilly's Island Deli is the perfect eatery to stop into for a bite to eat with your pup. They offer classic American fare with a wide selection of sandwiches, salads, and breakfast plates, and have a pawsome patio that is dog friendly.

If Fido loves sleeping underneath the stars, head over to the Cayo Costa State Park Campgrounds and stay a few nights in nature with your furry pal. They allow you to bring numerous dogs for an additional fee, providing the perfect way to escape society and have some peace and quiet with your pup.

Your dog will love hanging out in Bokeelia with you and enjoying the island life.
