Bryan Heller Estates

If you drive less than five miles south of Mims, you'll arrive in northeastern Titusville. Near the neighborhood of Bryan Heller Estates, you'll find the Marina Dog Park. This off-leash dog park has big and small dog sections, and visitors love that guests are so friendly and the park is so clean. Marina Dog Park is part of Marina Park, and your dog can accompany you there when they're on a leash. Marina Park is a 20-acre riverfront park with a beautiful harbor that you'll be able to see from the dog park. The park also includes a boat launch, sports fields, and concessions.

Orange Avenue

There's an off-leash dog park 30 miles west of Mims in north-central Winter Springs, Florida, in the Orange Avenue neighborhood. The Winter Springs Dog Park is open every day from dawn to dusk, except Wednesdays, when it's closed for maintenance. Dogs of all sizes can play in one area, and there's also a section just for small dogs and a training area. Adventurous doggos will love playing on the obstacles and toys available in the park, and there are also water fountains, bowls, and waste disposal supplies. To keep human visitors comfortable, there are three shaded seating areas.

Jung

Northern Deltona, Florida is a little more than 30 miles from Mims, and near the Jung neighborhood, you and your pooch will find the Keysville Dog Park. There's a lot to love about this 14-acre off-leash park, including its big and small dog sections, dog wash stations, pavilions, and seating areas. You'll also find drinking water for dogs, portable restrooms, and waste disposal supplies. The area surrounding the Keysville Dog Park includes a half-mile walking trail, sports courts, and playgrounds. Your dog can accompany you to other areas of the park when they're on a leash. The dog park often hosts dog-friendly events, so be on the lookout for those.

Flora Vista

Northwestern Cocoa is less than 20 miles from Mims, and this area is also where you'll find the Fay Lake Wilderness Park. This 193-acre park includes a 27-acre fishing lake, a playground, a boat launch, and a dog park. The Fay Lake Wilderness Dog Park has tons of room for all dogs, and it's divided into sections for big and small pets. There are also walking trails throughout the park so you can really take in the wilderness the area is known for. Visitors remark that not only is this park frequented by friendly dogs and humans, nut it's also very clean and well-maintained.

Historic Sanford

Sanford is a city in Florida with a population of around 54,000 people, and the northern section of town is 30 miles northwest of Mims. This is where you'll find the Paw Park of Historic Sanford, which has been voted one of the best dog parks in the United States! The Paw Park has separate areas for dogs of different sizes as well as dog showers, but it's also conveniently located next to a dog salon. Within the off-leash park, there's also agility equipment, self-watering bowls, waste disposal supplies, and there are often plastic pools set up where dogs can swim.
