Acresville
Acresville is a small neighborhood right in between Crain Highway and Ritchie Highway. These two main roads will take you from one end of Glen Burnie to the other in no time at all. Acresville is just a few minutes from Furnace Creek and Curtis Creek, two simply pawfect places to take your dog on a hot day for a splash. The BWI Trail runs right through the middle of Acresville, and is popular with walkers and riders with dogs who love bikes! The community college is nearby as well, and has plenty of open green spaces where dogs are welcome as long as owners help keep the grass clean.

Glenwood
Glenwood is a medium-sized neighborhood that you will run into right before you get to Marley Creek. There are plenty of single-family homes here with residential streets that are pawfect for dog walkers. The home owners in Glenwood take pride in their gardens and lawns, and are always grateful for dog owners who help clean up after their pets. You will want to make sure you keep your dog on a leash if you take her out in public in Glenwood. Aquahart Manor is a neighborhood that is just full of residential townhomes and duplexes. There are single-family homes available as well for purchase and for rent. There are plenty of open green spaces, and the local carnival grounds are a great place to visit with your dog year-round if you are looking for a grassy spot to play a game of fetch or just let your dog roll around for a bit while you relax on a park bench. During the Carnival, you will find that dogs are welcome to walk with you on the paved trails that run behind the grounds. You will need plenty of waste bags if you plan on visiting the area.

Marley
Marley is a commuter town very close to shopping and public transportation. You will find that many folks who work in Annapolis choose to stay in Marley for quick access to Ritchie Highway, which will get you all the way to the Maryland state capital. There are plenty of neighborhood trails and sidewalks to explore. Marley Creek runs right through the BWI Trail, which you can enjoy at the Marley Creek Bridge, right behind the Marley Station Mall. The mall is popular with walkers with dogs because of the scenic trail that runs right behind it. Just make sure you watch out for bikes and keep a firm hand on your leash.
