Central Franklin

Central Franklin is a puptastic spot for you to live and walk in with your dog. There are two lakes nearby; Wing Lake and Walnut Lake are both just ten minutes north of Franklin. Your dog is welcome to join you at the lakes as long as you clean up after her. You can also leash up and head over to Pebble Creek Park to the south of Franklin. This small but puptastic green space has its own creek that makes it the pawfect spot for you to visit with your dog on a hot day. Just keep those dry towels handy!

Wood Creek Farms

Wood Creek Farms is a neighborhood that is pawfect for commuters. The area is close to highways, meaning less time getting to work and more time getting to walk! If you and your dog get hungry, you can head over to the pup-friendly Grape Leaves Restaurant. This tavern welcomes all four-legged patrons and offers a variety of bar food. Your pup is invited to join you on the patio in the summer months. You can choose lots of tasty options, from wings to sliders and sandwiches. You should keep in mind that Grape Leaves opens at 11 am during the week and at 12 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Bingham Farms

Bingham Farms is just a few minutes from Franklin Rouge River. The river is a pupular destination for dog owners, especially during the warmer months. You will find plenty of room to run and play along the river, so pack up some towels to dry off with and head on over when the moment strikes you. Inglenook Park is just minutes to the south and makes a great weekend afternoon getaway if you need the pawfect place to lay out a picnic blanket.  Noodles and Company welcomes dogs at their outdoor tables, but you will want to call ahead to make sure the tables are up when you visit.

Central Beverly Hills

Central Beverly Hills is just a short drive away from Franklin. The trip is well worth it if the two of you love to spend time outside enjoying nature! Beverly Hills Village Park is in the center of town and is a puptacular place to throw around a ball all afternoon with your canine companion. The Douglas Evans Nature Preserve is another pawfect place to get quality time in with your dog, so you will want to pack plenty of doggy waste bags and prepare for a barking good time as you make your way through Central Beverly Hills with your furry co-pilot next to you.

East Beverly Hills

East Beverly Hills is a neighborhood with a variety of green parks and other places to enjoy with your dog. Fries Park is one such park that is very pupular with the locals. If you want a quiet place to lay out a blanket and read while your dog rolls around, this is the place! Dickinson Park is another wonderful option for the two of you if you want plenty of green grass and room to walk and run all over! If you get hungry, Brandy's Tavern is a great dog-friendly eatery with plenty of outdoor seating for Sparky's convenience and entertainment.
