However, what your pup will love the most is the one mile boardwalk that takes you around Lake St. Clair's waters, through meadows, woodland and marshland, showcasing the lake's diverse plant and animal life.

MacArthur Park is one of the largest in the neighborhood, at just over two acres in size, and serves as an arboretum that is popular with children who are learning about trees. There is a paved walking path that you and Fido can follow here, as well as a boardwalk with scenic waterfront views. Not too far away is the 1.6 acre Lawndale Park, with its playground, picnic benches and outdoor skating rink open in the winter, as well as Clemens Park, which is just under an acre in size and features a large grassy lawn that is pawfect for a picnic.

In addition to the scenery, the park also boasts a playground, picnic areas, a wedding garden, and a few different paved walking trails, each one connecting up with the next, making this the pawfect place for a stroll with Fido.
