Port Monmouth is home to quite a few different parks, with one of the prettiest being the Crystal Pond Park. At the heart of this tranquil park lies a large pond, around which are picnic benches and a couple of short walking trails, as well as a basketball court.

The grassy Chanceville Park is also worth a visit, because not only is it home to a couple of sports facilities and a playground, but there are several open green areas for your pup to play in here. Other must-see parks include Gordon Court Park, with its 60 foot basketball court, and the grassy Butler Park, with its baseball diamond and picnic benches.

The trail is shaded with trees for most of the way, but does still boast views of streams, fields and wetlands along the way.

With so much for you and your pooch to see and do, there is no doubt that Port Monmouth will definitely get that tail wagging.
