The dog park located within Donaldson Park is a favorite of locals. You’ll usually find several pups and their owners here on any given day, and you can enjoy a fenced-in area with plenty of shade to keep your dog safe and comfortable. There are also a few dog-friendly dining options here, like Aja Asian Cuisine and lounge, which offers a huge outdoor patio that welcomes dogs and their owners.

Church St.

Just under 23 miles from Woodbridge is the Church St. neighborhood of Kingston, NJ. This neighborhood is the home of the Rocky Top Dog Park, which features grassy areas for your dog to play on and some fun water features to keep him cooled off on hotter days. The Kingston Branch Loop Trail also offers a fun place for outdoor enthusiasts to get some exercise and enjoy nature on almost two miles of trail that extends from Kingston to Rocky Hill. About 11 miles from Woodbridge is New Brunswick’s Downtown area, which is located right near Rutgers College’s New Brunswick campus.
