This fully fenced dog park has some lush green grass where your pup can run with some new pals. The dog park features water fountains designed for both people and their four-legged family members, and also supplies doggie waste bags. Keep in mind that there aren't separate sections for small and large breeds here -- all dogs play in one area, so if you have a shy or small dog that doesn't play well with the big boys, you might want to find another option. For the most part, though, pups have a doggone good time at this pawesome park!

Mountainside

Mountainside is just 7 miles west of Roselle, and if you want to tire out your hound, Echo Lake Dog Park is the place to go! With three acres to roam, this dog park will give even a Great Dane room to stretch out those hindquarters! Your pup will love sniffing out the natural, grassy terrain here. No need to worry about your pup running off -- this dog park is fully fenced so every pup plays safely. Small dogs have their own separate area, too. Water, bowls, and waste stations are provided on-site. The human companions will find plenty of shaded seats from which to sit and enjoy the great outdoors themselves. Clean up after your pup to help keep the park clean for everyone.

Woodbridge

Woodbridge Dog Park, just 9 miles south of Roselle in Woodbridge, offers dogs the pawfect place to go dog wild and be themselves. This fully fenced, grassy dog park features all the amenities you'd expect from a great dog park. It has two enclosures: one for large dogs and one for small. Fido will love playing, training, or just strutting his stuff on the agility equipment here. Meanwhile, you can rest and relax at the shaded seating or the cute little gazebo while you snap a few pics of your precious pupper at play! Waste baggies and drinking water for people and pooches are both provided here.

bellevue Ave

Brookdale Dog Park over in Montclair, just 18 miles from Roselle, is where all the pupular pooches come out to play! This fully fenced dog park has ample space for pups to sniff out the newest pack member. One of two separate play areas will accommodate your four-legged pal depending on their size. The ground here is a mixture of grass, mulch, and dirt. There are a few pieces of agility equipment for training or just for a curious pup. Water is provided at the dog park, so no worries if someone forgets the water bottle. Ditto for the doggie waste baggies. Comfortable shaded seats let people enjoy the outdoors even on the hottest summer day.

Lyndhurst

Lyndhurst is twenty-two miles north of Roselle. Riverside Dog Park has two fully fenced enclosures for some off-leash tail-waggin' thrills and freedom. Small dogs can play safely in their separate space. This dog park has a fine gravel ground. Dogs will find numerous balls, frisbees, and other toys to engage their human companion with. Benches are situated around the dog park, and trees just outside the fence lend a bit of shade.  Water is available on-site, and waste stations are stocked with waste bags for easy pickups. A walk with a leashed dog by the Passaic River is a good way for a person to get some outdoor exercise with their canine.
