Prospect Avenue

Wood Dale County Park attracts people with a pup in tow to its 118 acres of outdoor opportunities for fun. This park features a pavilion and a decorative gazebo. Opportunities for picnics and family outings make this the destination for many Woodcliff Lake area residents. Fifty-five acres of this Bergen County park are located within the borough's boundaries. A fully fenced dog park is part of the pawesome amenities! The dog park has a grassy ground and dogs of all sizes run leash-free in it. Water spigots complete with buckets make this a surefire summer go-to for your doggo. Toys including frisbees and balls will be found here.  Waste stations stocked with baggies are a great convenience.

East Ridgewood Avenue

Ridgewood is located five miles south of Woodcliff Lake. Ridgewood Dog Park brings out a few bays of excitement from those hounds as they near this leash-free dog play area. Ridgewood has a large dog area and a separately fenced space for the smaller pups. The ground is a mixture of water-resistant gray mulch, grass, and dirt. A double-gated entry makes sure no dog is lost coming or going. A few pieces of agility equipment tickle the curious nose or present an opportunity for some training. The human companions enjoy the numerous benches positioned under the shade of mature trees.

Lyndhurst

Lyndhurst is located eighteen miles south of Woodcliff Lake. Riverside County Dog Park makes it pawtastic to be a dog! This dog park is fully fenced, so forget that leash! A separately fenced portion of the ground is dedicated to the smaller dogs. This dog park features a water faucet with bowls. A hose makes it a snap to get a quick rinse for a clean drive home. The ground in this dog park is a gravel mulch, so this dog park will be usable even after a hard rain. People will appreciate the benches. Plenty of shade makes it a pleasant outing for people even on the hottest summer day!

Bellevue Ave

Montclair is nineteen miles south of Woodcliff Lake. Brookdale Dog Park is truly a five-bark, five-bone dog park! It is fully fenced for dogs to play and make a few new canine compadres. A separately fenced area keeps the small dogs safe as they play. The ground in this dog park is a gravel mulch -- mud is no problem here! Pieces of agility equipment including ramps add to the workout. Water is conveniently available within the dog park. Pet parents have a substantial number of shaded benches from which to sit and supervise their pups. Waste stations provide baggies for easy doo-doo duty.

Marshall Hill

West Milford is located twenty-four miles west of Woodcliff Lake. A trip to the Pequannock Feed & Supply means a trip to the free dog park! The store operates a free public dog park. The dog park has an acre of fully-fenced, natural terrain for leash-free exercise and socialization. A separately fenced ground is set aside for the smaller pups. The dog park supplies water and a hose for cleaning off a pup who has just had a wee too much fun! Pieces of agility equipment are an added bonus. People have plenty of shaded benches. Waste stations supply the supplies to make pickups a breeze. Donations are accepted and go to the maintenance of the dog park.
