The borough of Oradell has fewer than 8,000 inhabitants. Opportunities for families with pups abound here! Only one veterinary clinic operates within the borough's boundaries. Nevertheless, your pup will stay in tip-top health, with veterinarians providing emergency and specialty care operating clinics in the larger adjoining communities.

The opportunities for healthy outdoor exercise and fun make this borough the pawfect place for dog owners to visit or live. Seven parks can be found within the borough. The Doug Parcells Athletic Complex & Playground includes large green open spaces, playground equipment, and a walking path that takes you and your leashed pup through a wooded area. Memorial Field & Playground has a beautiful wooded grove that is very popular with people getting some exercise with a four-legged friend on a leash. Schirra Park is a small, relaxing oasis that is a hub for community events. The decorative gazebo and benches attract those looking for some fresh air and an easy stroll with a furry pal.

The Oradell Reservoir/Haworth Reservoir Pathway offers a more intensive hike. This reservoir has ninety acres of recreational space set aside for people to explore with a leashed canine. Oradell Reservoir has five miles of trails, including a three-mile looped trail. This destination gives a person and pup a good workout among trees and natural foliage. Don't forget to bring water for you and your dog. The amenities are few in this pristine natural environment.

People will make some good memories with their pups when they get out and experience Oradell with their four-legged buddy!
