“Dog walking is no job; it's a passion!”

Hi there! I have been walking dogs in Hoboken, NJ for over 2 years now, which I absolutely love! I have had an endearing love for dogs since 2001 when my parents finally gave into the many pleas of my two younger brothers and I to get us a dog. We were introduced to Tiki, a magnificent Black Labrador, who became the sister we never had.

I doubt you're ever gonna find anyone who loves dogs more than I do. I've lived with dogs my whole life, walked at least 100 of my friends dogs, read dog books, volunteered at the Humane society in Hawaii, donate to ASPCA monthly, and just love them like crazy. I'm used to walking between 35.000 to 45.000 steps a day and can't wait to start walking your little one.

Hi there. My name is Dan. I go to school at GW, and I'm looking to walk some local pooches to help pay for school. I'm new to the world of professional pet care, but I'm no stranger to caring for dogs. I have a basset hound mix named Bon Bon back home (who I miss like crazy) that I've loved and cared for the past 8 years. I've also had experience sitting and walking dogs for neighbors and relatives. I look forward to getting out to meet some new pups and brighten their days.

Hello, my name is Gideon. I had two dogs when I was a boy, and I have always loved them. As an adult, I personally rescued a 6-month old Pit Bull Terrier who had been abandoned in the street, and she was the best dog ever! Training and raising her taught me a lot about how dogs behave, and how to walk them responsibly. Thank you for reading my bio, I look forward to meeting and walking your dogs!

Ello! My name is Ashley, and I am a nature loving artist whose only desire in life is to love and be loved. I am passionate about creating things and exploring the wonders of life, as well as trying to change the world one smile at a time. When I can I take her everywhere with me and do all that I can to make sure she has the best life that she can possibly have. It is my goal to open up a cuddle business where I offer love and support, reiki, therapy, and art lessons to those that would like to become the best versions of themselves that they can be. I have a background in psychology that I use everyday to understand all the living beings around me to adapt to the best possible way to interact with them as well as understand what makes them tick as a being.

Dog Walking in Maywood

Maywood is a borough of fewer than 10,000 people. For a small community, it has a lot to offer a family with a canine member. One veterinary clinic operates within the borough's boundaries. It takes care of most of the routine and emergency needs of a pup. Specialty care and a wide range of veterinary services operate in the adjoining larger communities.

The borough maintains six parks with green spaces, picnic sites, and recreational amenities. People must keep their pups on a leash when visiting these parks. Herbert W. Nickerson Memorial Park features playground equipment, open green spaces, and places to picnic with a leashed four-legged companion. Borg's Woods Nature Preserve is located in nearby Hackensack. This fourteen-acre nature preserve has a nature trail that takes a person and a leashed pup through natural brush and forest.

In town, two restaurants welcome a person dining with a furry friend. Maywood Inn's Twin Door Tavern on West Pleasant Avenue serves a variety of pub sandwiches and casual entrees. Four outdoor tables will seat you and your four-legged dining companion. A sweet dessert can be had at Uncle Louie G's Italian Ices & Ice Cream. This ice cream shop has several outdoor tables which let you and your pup sit and enjoy an Italian ice or another sweet treat.

Maywood, though small in size, has many things for a person with a pup to see and do together!
