There is a separate fenced area for the small dogs. Dogs can run and play on a ground of dirt, sand, and fragrant cedar chips. Running water and water bowls are provided here for your convenience. Remember, Fido needs to be on a leash if you plan to explore the larger park together.

A trail leads around the dog park for a bit of on-leash exercise with the human companion. There is no shade here. The dog park is open 6 a.m until 10 p.m.

Some mature trees in the dog park provide decent shade for people and their dogs. Benches for the human companions are situated throughout it. Water and buckets are available, but you’ll need to bring your own doggie waste bags. This park is also well-lit, so feel free to bring Fido for a walk after dark.
