I grew up helping care for my parent's dogs until I was old enough to care for my own. I currently have a 12 year old papillon, but I have experience with all sized breeds. I would constantly petsit my friends and relatives animals prior to moving to Florida. My favorite animal to sit was Jujo, a husky and Australian shepherd mix.

I'm a devoted dog-lover and walking champion! I know how important regular exercise is in maintaining the health of our furry friends, and want to make sure every pooch gets a chance to stretch his legs and enjoy the summer sunshine.
HI! My name is Stephen. I am currently an EMT going to graduate school. I have been around animals my whole life. I have two dogs of my own, a Boxer and a Boston Terrier and have personally trained both. I currently live with 5 dogs and am able to provide for each with different medications and diets. I have grown up with different breeds and temperaments and can adjust accordingly. My family and I have always treated our pets as family, like our children. I love all kinds of dogs and I love to stay active and would love to give my extra time to your "Fur-Baby"!
Hi, I am Georgia. I am a recent high school graduate looking for a little extra cash during the summer. Although I myself am a cat person, I do equally love dogs and hope to meet yours soon. Cheers.
“Dog Super Lover!”
I am a dog lover and a genuine person. I will do my job to the best I can and I am always willing to learn new things. I will ask questions if I am not sure and I am big on following instructions and doing things the way they are requested to be done. I am looking to walk dogs and share the love I have for them since I was a child. I enjoy playing and caring for them and one day to even create my own shelter to help rescue dogs. I love all dogs!

My name is Andrew and I am a 26-year-old college educated animal lover who likes to play music and works in the fashion industry. I joined Wag because since I moved out of the house I grew up in, I haven't been able to spend as much time with dogs as I've wanted to. Becoming a Wag dog walker gives me the opportunity to help people with their dogs and spend time with dogs in general. I am a very friendly person and I would love to help you walk your dog!
A lifelong animal lover with serious K-9 energy. Hello, I'm Maddie! Care-giving experience in animal shelters and doggie daycare. Currently a dancer in the city, I also spend time teaching yoga, riding my bike, babysitting, and reiki!

I've shared my home and my heart with dogs of all shapes and sizes since I was an infant. From chihuahuas to English Mastiffs, my puppy love is always huge. I understand how much space our four-legged friends take up in our lives, minds, and hearts, and I would be honored to care for your pet by walking them.
Rhinebeck is a small, historic town up near the Catskills in the expansive state of New York. Nestled right on the Hudson River, the outskirts of the city are flush with forestland and beautiful sights. Toward the center of town, you will find more urban cityscapes with charming storefronts and plenty of arts and culture. Fido can join you as long as he is properly registered and safely leashed.
Pet parents can feel safe knowing there are multiple licensed and experienced veterinarians in the area. In case of emergencies, you'll find an animal hospital located in the western part of town. The local dog park, Rhinebeck Red Hook Dog Park, is shared with the neighboring town and offers an off-leash area for your pets. Residents and non-residents will have to pay a fee in order to access the park.
Begging for some bites? The pet-friendly patio at The Tasting Room at Gendron Catering has excellent eats that you can enjoy while Fido drools at your feet. If you prefer to take in the unadulterated beauty of nature, take Fido for a walk by the lakeside – just be sure to clean up after him.
Rhinebeck is a furrific place for dogs and their owners to live or visit!
Rhinebeck Village is at the heart of Rhinebeck, bringing together the best of the city’s arts and entertainment as well as unique specialty shops. While most won’t allow your precious pup to join you inside the store, you can peruse the storefronts as long as Fido is safely leashed. This sophisticated neighborhood features Dutch influences and a quaint aesthetic. You and your furry friend can also enjoy pet-friendly eateries, such as the patio at Terrapin, a restaurant in a converted church! For regionally sourced goods and accessories, you can bring Fido over to the locally-owned shop, Dexter’s Dog Boutique.
On the edge of the Hudson River lies the neighborhood of Rhinecliff, about a mile west of the Rhinebeck Village. This lakeside hamlet offers breathtaking views of the water. If you are traveling through the area, you can get some quality bites at the Rhinecliff Restaurant, serving you and Fido on the patio when the weather permits. This area is also pawfect for pet parents who wish to enjoy the stillness of nature. Camp out at the Margaret Lewis Norrie State Park, where wagging tails are always welcome. Just be sure to keep your precious pups on a leash no longer than 10 feet.
Located on the northeast side of town is the neighborhood of Forest Park. Its cozy atmosphere makes it a lovely town to reside in; your pups will love walking down the street with the neighbors and rolling around in the yard. Forest Park also belongs to the Red Hook school district, which makes the city perfect for commuters from nearby cities as well. For more thrilling adventures, you will have to commute a short drive to the attractions in Rhinebeck, such as the trails throughout Ferncliff Forest. Just be sure to keep Fido on a leash whenever you are in an open area unless otherwise stated.
Local pet parents can head over to the nearby bark park, Kingston Point Dog Park. This well-kept off-leash area offers Fido a place to stretch his furry legs and socialize with the neighborhood pooches. Residents of Rhinebeck neighborhoods like Forest Park and Rhinecliff also frequent the park, as it's just a short drive across the nearby Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge. Kingston is a vast city just across the Hudson River from Rhinebeck and has plenty of offer both visitors and residents, four-legged and otherwise! Take the scenic route to enjoy spectacular views of Hudson Valley that are sure to keep ears perked and tails wagging.
Red Hook is roughly five miles outside of Rhinebeck, so it shares quite a bit with the neighboring city. Residents of either area can take advantage of the fur-friendly activities nearby. If you want to learn more about Rhinebeck, explore the history of early airplanes and more at the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome museum! Fido can join you while you learn about airplane memorabilia dating back to 1900. Just keep in mind that there may be loud noises that could make skittish pets uncomfortable. Hungry? Woof down some food at one of the Enchanted Café’s patio tables to complete the Red Hook experience.
