Rhinebeck Village
Rhinebeck Village is at the heart of Rhinebeck, bringing together the best of the city’s arts and entertainment as well as unique specialty shops. While most won’t allow your precious pup to join you inside the store, you can peruse the storefronts as long as Fido is safely leashed. This sophisticated neighborhood features Dutch influences and a quaint aesthetic. You and your furry friend can also enjoy pet-friendly eateries, such as the patio at Terrapin, a restaurant in a converted church! For regionally sourced goods and accessories, you can bring Fido over to the locally-owned shop, Dexter’s Dog Boutique.36

Rhinecliff
On the edge of the Hudson River lies the neighborhood of Rhinecliff, about a mile west of the Rhinebeck Village. This lakeside hamlet offers breathtaking views of the water. If you are traveling through the area, you can get some quality bites at the Rhinecliff Restaurant, serving you and Fido on the patio when the weather permits. This area is also pawfect for pet parents who wish to enjoy the stillness of nature. Camp out at the Margaret Lewis Norrie State Park, where wagging tails are always welcome.
