Take Fido out to the Webster Park where he can roam around 550-acres of lakeshore, green valleys, and slopes. The park borders Lake Ontario and offers a fishing pier, tennis courts, and a multi-use field. If Fido loves exploring, make sure to take advantage of the hiking trails that the park has to offer. Pack a lunch and make use of the on site picnic tables. Extend your stay by grabbing a site in the campgrounds and spending a few nights under the stars with Fido by your side. Make sure to keep your pup on leash while you hang out at Webster Park.

Point Pleasant

The Hojack Trail is a great trail to explore with your furry pal by your side. The trail is 4.8-miles in length with a cinder, crushed stone, and dirt trail surface. Usually you will see bikers, walkers, and skiers on the trail while you explore it. While hiking, you will pass through a red pine forest and come to a vista point which gives you a beautiful view of Lake Ontario. The route is usually quiet and not near any roads or freeways, so you and your pup can have a relaxing time while you hike. Make sure to keep Fido on leash, and don't forget your water and clean-up bags.

Charlotte

Thirteen miles out of Webster in Rochester is the Genesee Riverway Trail. This trail is a nice 22.8-miles long with an asphalt and concrete ground covering. While hiking, you will come across a beautiful waterfall that is perfect for photos. Some of the trail can be a bit steep and narrow, so be careful while you and your pup hike. Usually the trail is frequented by skiers, bikers, and joggers, plus you may see some fisherman and people kayaking on the river. Make sure to keep Fido on leash and don't forget your water, as none is available along the way.

Empire Boulevard

Eight miles out of Webster on the edge of Rochester is MacGregor's Grill and Tap Room. This bar and restaurant has a lovely extensive menu that includes all of your favorite American food and pub classics. They offer a Guinness Shepherd's Pie, plus pizza with loads of cheese. Their outdoor patio is dog friendly and welcomes Fido to have a good evening with you while you chow down on some tasty goodies. If you want to walk off thise calories, check out Lucien Morin Park. The park offers great amenities like kayaking, bird watching, plus a great hiking trail through the forest.

North Gate

The Greece Canal Dog Park is a great off leash dog park to take Fido out to for some off leash fun and socializing. The park is located in Rochester, which is only thirteen miles out of Webster, and a simple car ride for your pup. With 1-acre of park for your dog to play in, he will be ecstatic that he was able to go to this pawsome park. They offer separate areas for large and small dogs that have a gravel ground covering. You do have to make sure your dog is registered before entering the park, and there is a fee to let your dog play.
