My name is Jenn and I have always had a passion for dogs. I have fostered dogs/puppies for the past 5 years and worked with several animal shelters. In addition, I walk dogs and provide overnight care for customers that I have developed through friends, family, and word of mouth. I fostered one pregnant dog for 5 months and then assisted her with the birth of her 9 puppies. Following their birth, I took care of the mother and her 9 puppies until they were available for adoption at 6 weeks old. I love all breeds and helping people out with their furry friends.

Dog Walking in Macedon

The village of Macedon is located in the southwest corner of Wayne County in New York, scenically located at lock number 30 of the Erie Canal. Macedon is considered a true “Canal Town”, and received the Heritage Reward of Excellence from the Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor. Macedon also takes pride in its trails and parks throughout the town and along the canal. This crushed rock trail winds alongside the canal and through wooded areas. Leashed dogs are welcome to join in on the fun! There is a trash can near the lock, so don’t forget the doggy waste bags!

If you’re looking for some refreshment after all that fresh air and exercise, head over to Flaherty’s Three Flags Inn. This restaurant offers Irish inspired dishes, over two dozen brews on tap, and an outdoor patio that welcomes dogs.

With all of these fun places to take your pup, Macedon is sure to get your dog’s tail wagging!
