You are bound to get hungry when you are out exploring Boardman. So, when your stomach starts to growl, head on over to Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt! Here you can dig into some delicious frozen yogurt with lots of different flavors you can choose from, as well as a variety of tasty toppings. There are six outdoor tables here where you can relax with your pup while you enjoy your frozen yogurt. For comfortable and dog friendly accommodation in Boardman, stay at the Red Roof Inn. Here you can bring two canines of any size and there is no additional fees to pay for your stay; how pawsome is that?

To go on an adventure with your furry friend, jump in the car and head east from Boardman to the puptown of Poland! Here you will find the puptastic Poland Village Park where you can go exploring with your beloved companion. Investigate the woodlands with your canine, and enjoy the sahde of the large trees when it is hot outside. There are sniff-tastic trails you can follow, where you can spot the local wildlife. The Drake Run also follows through Poland Village Park. Be sure to bring some water and treats to keep your pup’s energy high!

Do you like to try new dog friendly eateries? Then be sure to head to the puptown of Poland, which isn’t too far away from Boardman. Here you will find the pawsome Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream and Yoghurt, which welcomes pooches as you enjoy a treat. You can choose from a variety of puptastic ice cream flavors, which includes thin mint, gourmet chocolate, butter toffee and coffee. Of course, you are welcome to bring your furry friend and chill out at one of the outdoor tables here while you enjoy your ice cream. Just be sure there is someone to watch your pup as you go to order.

Struthers
For a pawsome day out with your pooch, head north of Boardman to the puptown of Struthers. Here you will find the furrific Fifth Street Park! Here there is some green grass for your pooch to roll and roam, as well as trees that provide some shade when it is hot and sunny outside. If you get hungry when you are out and about, head on over to the Dairy Queen for a treat! Here you can dig into a hot dog, burger or a sandwich, as well as order a special Pup Cup if your canine has been a good boy or girl.
Lansingville
For a fun trip with your canine, jump in the car and head to the puptown of Youngstown! This pawsome place is only around six miles from Boardman, and is home to the puptastic Pemberton Park. Here you can let your furry friend run around on the green grass, and enjoy the plenty of room for a game of fetch. There are large trees here that will provide some shade when it is hot outside. In addition, there are some furrific amenities here at Pemberton Park that you can use, including baseball fields and restrooms.
