This neighborhood is a great place to enjoy the outdoors with your pooch. It is located about 27 miles from Hubbard and is home to the Sellwood Riverfront Park. Your pup can run and romp off his leash in this 1.5-acre area. However, it's not fenced in, so you will need to keep any eye on your canine pal. If your pup gets too hot, there are plenty of trees that provide shade and there is also access to the river. Keep in mind that the riverbank is rocky, but your pal can still get in the water no problem. There are no waste bags provided, and you will need to bring your own water.

Cooper Mountain Aloha South

If you and your pooch are looking to socialize, this neighborhood has just the place for you. The Hazeldale Dog Park is about 27 miles from Hubbard and is a great park for you and your pup. The best part of this park is that there are four different sections for you and your canine friend to choose from. There is a section for small dogs, one for large dogs, one that welcomes dogs of all sizes, and also a section especially for dog events and parties! You will never have to worry that your pooch won’t fit in. There are plenty of benches and trees for shade. You will need to bring your own water and cleanup supplies with you, though.

Minto Island Road SW

This neighborhood has a great park for your pooch to explore. The Minto-Brown Island Park is 22 miles from Hubbard. This off-leash park has plenty of room for Fido to romp and play. However, it's not fenced in, so you'll need to keep a close eye on your pal. The terrain is mainly grass with a few areas of wood chips. You will need to bring water with you, along with supplies for cleaning up after your pal. There are also paved areas where you and your pooch can walk; your canine friend will need to be on the leash on the trail areas. While on the trails, there is a river that your pal can cool off in, which is handy because there isn't much shade here. Your pooch will enjoy all of the new sights and smells you'll find at this park!

Orchard Heights and Wallace

If you and your pooch want to bond this neighborhood has just the park for you. The Orchard Heights Park is a small park, but there's plenty of fun to be had here! The dog park has a grass surface which your pup’s paws will love. The park is not fenced in, so you will need to keep a watchful eye on your canine friend. You will also want to bring water with you, as well as some doggy bags for clean-up. Want to take a casual, on-leash stroll? The paved walking paths here are pawfect for doing just that. Other amenities of this park include benches and shade trees for pet parent comfort. This quaint park will ensure you both have a paw-tastic time!

West Keizer

Is your pooch looking for a pawesome park experience and an op-paw-tunity to swim? The Keizer Rapids Dog Park will give him all that and so much more! This off-leash park is fenced in so your pup can explore safely. There are two separate areas for different sized dogs. You will need to bring drinking water for you and your pooch. When Fido wants to take a dip, you don't have to worry; the water is calm, and the bank provides easy access to the water. Your canine companion will love wading in the water and making a splash after running around in the park.
