Aloha has a great dog park called the Hazeldale Dog Park, and it's a favorite with locals and visitors alike! This park has four separate sections: one just for small dogs, one for large dogs, another where dogs of all sizes can interact, and a fourth section reserved for special occasions. This park is known to host many pet-centric community events that you won't want to miss! Hazeldale Dog Park also has seating, waste disposal supplies, and a water fountain.

In a little more than a half an hour, you can drive from Sherwood to Milwaukie, Oregon, home to the North Clackamas Dog Park. This 1.5-acre dog park is fully fenced in, and it even has a double-gated entry system for dogs who fancy themselves escape artists. This park isn't divided into separate sections for different sizes of dogs, but there is enough room for all dogs to run around and play. The North Clackamas provides visitors with water and doggy waste bags. If you have human children too, they'll love visiting the playground right near the dog park.

The city has three dog parks to keep all of these dogs socialized, exercised, and happy, and the largest of the three is called the Potso Dog Park. This 1.5-acre dog park has everything you could ever want in a dog park! It's fully fenced in and has a double-gated entry system, big and small dog sections, picnic tables, shade, water, and waste disposal items. The park is closed until 12:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays for maintenance, so keep that in mind when you plan your visit.

Another one of Tigard's great dog parks is the Summerlake Park Dog Park in west Tigard, and it's only a 19-minute drive from Sherwood. This dog park is located within Summerlake Park, a 30-acre park with sports fields, playgrounds, picnic and barbecue facilities, and trails. Summerlake Dog Park is about 2/3 of an acre, which is just enough room for your dog to run and play freely without you worrying about losing track of them! Summerlake Park Dog Park also has a double-gated entry system, water, dog waste clean-up stations, seating, and even a shelter for rainy or particularly hot days.
