Aloha Southwest
Fido will love hanging out at the Hazeldale Dog Park running off leash in four separate areas. This amazing dog park features an area for small pups, large dogs, a mix of mid-sized dogs, and even an area for special events and parties. Your pooch will have a snifftastic time socializing with other pups and chasing a ball. Clean up bags are provided, making it easy to clean up after your pup, and there is water available right outside the park. You can rest on the shaded benches while Fido runs around, and after spending time in the dog park, go for a leisurely stroll along the walking path.

SW Blanton St
Arnold Park in the SW Blanton St neighborhood is a furtastic destination for Fido and the family. The huge grassy lawn is perfect to play fetch and there are several shade trees with benches when you need a break. The kids can play on the ball field or kick a soccer ball around the open space. After walking several laps around the path, stop by the playground and let the kids climb on the jungle gym. You will need to bring your own water bottles and clean up bags, but there are trash cans located throughout the park.

Melilah Park Square
Although dogs are not allowed in the Tualatin Hills Nature Park, just a few miles west you will find a great area to walk your pup in Melilah Park. There is a large grassy lawn where your pooch can romp and roam, and several paved walking trails where you can get some exercise. Older kids can play on the basketball or tennis courts while the younger children have fun on the playground. You can relax on one of the benches while Fido sniffs the trees and plants. Be sure to bring your own doggie waste bags. You will also need to bring water bottles, as there are no water fountains in the park.

Lawndale Park
Cooper Park is a wonderful area near Lawndale Park and the Bales Wetland area, and can be accessed from SW Oak St and SW Sugar Plum Lane. Residents of the area often walk their pups in the evening and relax in the picnic area at the park. There are two paved walking trails that go through the area, providing plenty of exercise for you and Fido. If you want to spend time with the kids, there are basketball courts and a playground with swing sets situated under the shade trees. You and your pup can relax on a bench and watch the kids play.

SW Farmington Rd/ SW 185th Ave
If you live near SW Farmington Road, you can easily spend time walking Fido around the two-acre Burnsridge Park. Access the park from SW Monte Verdi Blvd and stroll along the paths admiring the gardens. Your pup will have a snifftastic time in the large grassy area where he can chase a ball or chew on a toy. Benches under large shade trees are perfect when you need to take a break and enjoy a cool drink while the children play on the swing set.
