One of the best ways to explore Bristol is through the Bristol Spurline Park! This is one of the historic rail-trails in this puptown, which used to be the Philadelphia and Trenton Railroad spur back in the 1800s. Now, you can wander down the sniff-trail with your furry friend and enjoy some fresh air and exercise! It is around 2.5 miles long and takes you to the Bristol Marsh, which is a pawsome freshwater habitat, as well as ball fields along the way. Once you have worked up an appetite, enjoy the puptastic food on offer at Porfirio’s Pizza and Pasta! This place serves up gourmet pizzas and pasta. What’s more, there are outdoor tables here where your pup can join you.

Every dog loves their daily exercise, and thankfully when you are in Bristol, you can enjoy the D & L Trail! This is a puptastic rail-trail that is sure to get your pup’s tail wagging as it stretches for miles. In fact, it is the second largest trail in Pennsylvania! You can bring your pooch and wander along the canal towpath, which has been around since the 19th century. Take a leisurely stroll and admire the aqueducts and canal locks, as well as other historical buildings along the way. Since cyclists can use this trail, it may be best to keep your furry friend on leash. This way everyone can enjoy a furrific day out together!
