Dogs are permitted in designated areas of the park, provided you keep them on a leash that's no longer than six feet. Remember to bring waste bags so that you can pick up after your furry friend.

Houserville is located just northwest of Lemont and features residential streets and an elementary school. You and your four-footed pal will be able to enjoy a stroll in this serene neighborhood. The Blue Spring area in Boalsburg is located just southeast of Lemont.  There are peaceful residential areas in this suburban neighborhood where you can take your dog for a walk. If you're looking for an open space where you and your canine companion can stretch your legs, check out Blue Spring Park off Wagner Street. This eight-acre facility has some fields where you and your pup can play frisbee together. Dogs are welcome to join you here, provided they're under your control and on a leash that's no longer than six feet. Make sure you pick up any waste when you visit here.

The neighborhood of Nittany View is a residential area of Boalsburg with single-family homes. Here, you'll be able to take a stroll with your canine pal in sight of Mount Nittany. A furiffic place to get some exercise with your pooch is at Nittany View Park. This nine-acre open space has a gravel walking path and some turf areas. Hike or jog around the fields with your four-footed friend, or bring along a frisbee to play in the grass. You can bring dogs on a leash as long as they're under your control. Make sure you immediately clean up any waste when you visit this public facility.
Kaywood Park

Kaywood Park

About five miles southeast of Lemont, you'll find the neighborhood of Kaywood Park in Boalsburg. This area features residential roads surrounded by farmland. There are two parks in the area where you can get some fresh air. A pawesome place to take your pooch to go exploring is Eugene Fasick Park off Fasick Park Lane. This 18-acre facility has some athletic fields, a drinking fountain, and nature trails. Hike along the paths that wind through fields and along Spring Creek with your pooch. You're permitted to bring leashed dogs to designated sections of this facility as long as you clean up after them.
