“I am your best friend’s “second” best friend!”
Hi! I grew up with a dog in the family as well as several other small animals. Now I’m the proud owner of a beautiful German Shepherd and a cute staffy so our house knows all about energy! Our favorite things to do are to go on long walks, sniff posts, and run around in our backyard in Canonsburg. I have met so many cool dogs and owners through this service over 2 yrs; it has brought such joy to my life! I cannot wait to meet your best friend and I’m hoping I can be their “second-best- friend”!

I have worked for over 10 years, with my family, to walk and board dogs. In addition, we work with rescue dogs walking them on the weekends. We are very reliable and have never missed an appointment. Also, we treat these dogs as if they are own. Let us be a temporary owner to your animals while you are away.

My name is Andra and I am 24 years old with a beautiful 3 year old daughter. I grew up raising animals from cats, birds, dogs, and fish! I've had 5 dogs in my childhood and I have taken care of several family and friends dogs and cats after my childhood. I currently have a gorgeous grey Persian cat named Gracie with my fiancé and am looking to add an adorable corgi into the family after the wedding. Dogs have always been a love for me and I adore taking care of them, getting much needed exercise and fresh air, and making sure they feel loved!
Hi! My name is Brandan and I live in Pittsburgh, PA. I’m thrilled with the opportunity to get to meet you and your furry pal! A little about myself, I grew up with dogs of all shapes and sizes from German Shepherds to an Italian Greyhound and have loved them ever since I was a kid. I currently have a six-year old Golden Retriever and an eight-month old Border Collie who are very dear to me and I will treat your dog with the same love and compassion. Every dog is different. I love getting to know them and finding out what makes each one special and unique. Regular and structured walks are very important to a dog’s well being. Not only is it exercise and mental stimulation, but it wards off boredom. As a fitness enthusiast, I encourage you to allow me to welcome your dog into my healthy and happy lifestyle!
Hello! My name is Alaina, and I'm so excited to meet your furry friend! I am a college graduate living in the Pittsburgh area. I have loved and connected with dogs of all ages. I am currently a regular dog sitter and also spent time in college volunteering at a local animal shelter. I am always at the ready to spread the "puppy" love!

My name is Mary Veltman and my best friend of over ten years now is Yuri, when we met in a shelter all those years ago it was love at first sight even though he had been taken out of a horrible home. I’ve spent quite a bit of time caring for neglected and abused dogs as well as those that haven’t had a rough start to their lives. Ever since I was a young child my family has always had dogs and for quite a while I had my own dog care business (walking, sitting, boarding, some grooming) to help make money for college (while working another job) by doing something that’s personally fufilling while hopefully helping our companions and their owners quality of life along the way. I’ve cared for many breeds of dogs small and large, service and domestic. Whether they are someone else’s companion or my beloved Yuri I love them all and have always loved the time I’ve been fortunate enough to have with them.

The main park in town is Washington Park and it is a great place for a walk with your pet. You will need to keep your pup leashed here and bring your waste disposal bags. A lovely scenic nature trail will have you forgetting you are still in a city, or take a tour of the facilities on the paved path. Washington Park has all the amenities you need in a community park – a playground, ball fields and courts, a pavilion and picnic areas, restrooms and a concession stand.
