Lil Bub

Lil Bub was one of the internet's most unique and famous cats. Lil Bub was born with several genetic conditions, including extreme dwarfism, which meant she stayed kitten-sized her whole life.

She had short legs and a long body, as well as a short lower jaw which meant her tongue was always out. She was also a polydactyl cat, with an extra claw on each paw.

At the age of one, Lil Bub was diagnosed with a rare bone condition called osteopetrosis. She is the only cat in recorded history to have been born with this disease.

On top of her adorable appearance, Lil Bub had a calm demeanor and awesome personality. She loved to ride in cars and even on planes, and would sit pretty on her pet parent's shoulders while out and about.

Sadly, Lil Bub passed away in 2019 at the age of 8. She lived life to the fullest, starring in Hollywood movies and even her own documentary. She's also been involved in several fundraising and charity events, even appearing in a spay and neuter campaign by PETA.

Lil BUB's Big FUND is a national fund that provides donations to shelters that care for special needs pets. To date, Lil BUB's Big FUND has raised over $200,000.
