Dog Names Meaning Cheeky

Our first featured famous pop culture dog with a name meaning cheeky is Louboutina, who is also known as "Loubie" by some New York City dwellers.  The name Loubie represents innovation, independence, courage, determination, sincerity and activity, and, our "Loubie" certainly epitomizes all of these traits.  She is a Golden Retriever who lives with her owner in New York City and is loved by many, many more New Yorkers.  You see, Loubie has this "thing" that she does which endears her to many people...she's a hugger-extraordinaire! She and her owner frequent the corner of 5th and 17th in New York City and, if you walk by, you'll likely find yourself "accosted" by this sweet and loving cuddly canine.  She can be seen "hugging" passers-by of all shapes, sizes and ages ... and they LOVE it!  She can be seen standing upright or sitting upright, patiently waiting for her next "victim" ... whom, we might mention, seem to keep coming back for more.  If you happen to pass her way, you'll see her , wearing her red walking harness, waiting to give you her famous hug.  Pictures have been taken of her which show a variety of ways in which she literally wraps her front legs around the focus of her attention, in the act of giving her famous and much appreciated hug!  She'll happily hold your hand or give you a "high five" as well as any number of those famous hugs you're willing to stand still for.  Loubie's hugs pretty much puts to rest the stereotypical New Yorker reputation of curtness and hurriedness ... all you have to do is stop and watch to have your heart gladdened!

Our second featured famous pop culture dog with a name meaning cheeky is Scamp, a Disney character who is the only son of Lady and the Tramp in the 2001 sequel of the movie. He is the spitting image of his father and, as such, has the most adventurous nature that one can't help but understand where he got his name, also much like his father.  He is described as being hyperactive and immature, as well as being a wild, stubborn, angry, energetic puppy; his friskiness and seriousness getting him into a great deal of trouble.  This plucky little pup not only starred in the movie Lady and the Tramp II; Scamp's Adventure but he also later starred in his own comic strip and film.  And ... the legend of Lady and The Tramp lives on!
