Another popular Pug is Doug the Pug, a six-year-old, also known as the most famous Pug on the Internet. Doug has over 3 million Instagram followers, and he is active on Facebook and Youtube. His buddy qualities involve making celebrity appearances such as those with Ed Sheeran, John Legend, and Megan Trainor. Doug has also been featured on Good Morning America. Doug even has his own clothing line!

Pug Dog Name Considerations

The Pug is a delightful little dog. He can be stubborn, like many small dogs, but he is hopelessly devoted to his family. He is not prone to being destructive, but he may become somewhat depressed if he is left alone for long periods of time. He does not require a great deal of grooming, but he does tend to shed. However, these are the few negatives regarding Pug ownership.

The fun-loving Pug can be considered a noisy dog. Because of his short snout, he often snorts and grunts just while going about his day.
