If you drive about 25 minutes east from Hollis, you'll arrive in central Hudson, New Hampshire. This is where you'll find Benson Park, a spacious park with walking trails, playgrounds, a small animal farm, and even its own dog park. The Hudson Dog Park at Benson Park has spacious small and large dog areas, and there is plenty of parking for park guests. The dog park doesn't provide waste bags and water, but visitors note that other friendly dog owners are always eager to share. North End is a historic and affluent neighborhood in Manchester, New Hampshire, and it's just over 20 miles from Hollis. North End is home to the 134-acre Livingston Park, which is adjacent to Dorr's Pond. Livingston Park is dog-friendly, but your pooch must be on a leash during your visit. It's located in the western Manchester neighborhood of Piscataquog, and this 10,000 square foot space is the first and only off-leash park in town. The Manchester Dog Park is also known as Peanut Park, and rather than separating dogs by size, this park allows big and small dogs to play together.
