Pup-friendly for dogs on leash, the park provides lots of room for strolling across the grass, on-leash cavorting and just relaxing on a bench or blanket with your fur-buddy while the human kiddos play. Restrooms are provided too. Another spot in this neighborhood to visit is the pet-welcoming Wilderness Lakes RV Resort, located on 80 scenic acres and over 500 camping sites and cabins. Watch snowy egrets hunt for their dinner in the shallows of the lake or walk around the grounds with Fido on leash and take in the beautiful mountain and desert scenery, or stop along the banks of the creek and drop a line. There is a lot of pawrrific dog-friendly stuff to do here!

Menifee Rd/ McCall Blvd
This neighborhood of Menifee is where you’ll find the Aldergate Dog Park, a huge, fenced park with separate areas for large and small dogs. The grassy surface is comfy on your pup’s paws, and there are lots of shade trees to keep you and your fur-buddy cool. Water is not provided, so be sure to bring some with a bowl for Fido and a bottle for yourself. Lawn chairs are permissible outside the fence. This is a perfect park to socialize and exercise your pup while keeping her safe and secure. There are no restrictions against balls and other toys, so bring some with you and play on!!

Menifee City Center
This neighborhood in Menifee is home to Heritage Park, a 5.5-acre tract featuring play and sports facilities for the humans, and a jogging path that you and your fur-pup will love to walk or run on. A city-wide community trail runs between the park and Heritage Lake, and a multi-use bike path encircles the park before heading north to Romoland. The community trail will take you through practically every neighborhood, including Quail Valley. When you are in Heritage Park, enjoy a woofderful picnic with your pup at one of their covered pavilions, but be aware that the park does not provide restrooms, drinking fountains or dog waste bags, so be sure to come prepared.

Dog-friendly La Ladera Park can be found in this Menifee neighborhood. Within its more than 8 acres, the park features sports facilities and a playground, but best of all, there are walking trails that circle the park and make detours to the 3 covered picnic areas. Open from dawn to dusk, there is lots of time to spend walking or just relaxing on the grassy spaces near the shelters. Share a casual lunch or dinner with your furry best friend, watch the kiddos on the soccer field, or just hang out after your walk. This is a well-maintained, pawrrific park!

This Menifee neighborhood is home to Eller Park, a 5-acre community-style multi-use park where kiddos can play on the playground, adults and bigger kids can play baseball or basketball and the whole family can enjoy a cookout at the covered picnic tables with grills. Pups are welcome here on leash, and will love walking with you on the paved walking/jogging paths that circle the ball field and cross through the playground and dining areas. There’s also plenty of well-maintained grassy lawn to play on or just relax on a blanket with Fido by your side. With free parking and restrooms, what could be better?! Arf!
