Animal care has been my lifelong passion, dogs being undoubtedly at the top of the list! I spent many years working in animal welfare, volunteering at local shelters, promoting low cost spay and neuter initiatives and working on the east coast to provide free dog houses, blankets and toys to backyard dogs in low income areas during the harsh winter months. I worked as a dog walker in Los Angeles and my family and I have always had our own dogs in addition to fostering and finding homes for strays and rescues. The unconditional love, comfort and tremendous fun dogs bring into our lives has always inspired me to help those in need and makes working with them such a joy!

“This Wagster has walked a dog or two.”

I used to be an owner of 2 dogs and 2 cats living together. The dogs were more playful than the cats as you would expect. The cats were always in their own zone minding their business. All 4 (Both cats and both dogs) still got along well. I walked and fed the dogs every day and occasionally took them to dog parks. The dogs were trained by professionals, and I followed along with day by day instructions since they were puppies. One of them is 5, the other is 3. Now, I currently live with no pets.

“First of all I am dog lover”

You don’t have to be highly skilled in anything you just need to love dogs. I am dog lover that connects with them pretty easy. I am dog owner and animal rights advocate. I wouldn’t make a decision in my life where my dogs are not included. There is a big difference between people that like dogs and people that love dogs, Ian in the second category. I rescue dogs whenever I can. I firmly believe a dog is like a child and does not deserve less than you child.

Hi there, I'm Geoff! If you are looking for someone to walk and pick up your dogs' 'business', you can find just about anyone. If you are looking for a guy who grew up taking care of dogs since he was little, I'm your guy. If you are looking for someone who will take care of your pup like they are his own, you've definitely found the right guy :-). I grew up with dogs of all kinds (Beagles, mutts, Chow Chows, Golden Retrievers, Dachshunds, Irish Wolfhounds, Border Collies, Great Danes, Shih Tzus, Labradors) and pride myself on being there for families who needed a last minute helper for their 4-legged (and sometimes 3-legged) friends. Well, enough about me, I'm looking forward to hearing from you to see how I can help y'all out! Have a great day!

Dog Walking in Maricopa

Maricopa is a bustling city in the Gila River Valley of Arizona. If your dog is a huge foodie, then Maricopa is the place to take him since it is filled with dog friendly restaurants. Home to three veterinarians, Maricopa is a fantastic spot to take your pup.

Grab Fido and head out to Sorrento Park for a fun day out filled with fresh air and fun walks. The park provides benches with shade covering, a shaded playground, a nice walking trail, and tons of grass for Fido to roll around in. Besides the shade coverings, the park does not have a lot of trees to keep Fido cool, so be sure to bring extra water.

For a change of scenery, Pacana Park features 28-acres filled with sports fields, a playground, running path, and open grass.

Stop by Honeycutt Coffee if you are in need of a hot cup of coffee and a tasty pastry before continuing your day with your adventurous pup.  If you're both craving something sweet, head into Dairy Queen and get yourself and Fido an ice cream cone. Both of these pawsome eateries offer dog friendly tables where Fido and you can relax together.

If you need a place to stay for the night, check out Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino Resort. They welcome Fido to stay with you before continuing on your adventure.

With the great food options and beautiful parks, Fido will love hanging around Maricopa with you.
