Castlewood is a lovely neighborhood near the center of Centennial. This part of town has many parks for you and your pup to choose from. Walnut Hills Park is an open area where you can throw a frisbee around with your dog while any kiddos with you can play on the equipment nearby. Willow Spring Open Space is as simple as it sounds, but that makes it no less entertaining for your canine companion! Hunters Hill Park has grills and covered pavilions available for large groups. Dogs are welcome to join the party on-leash. There are also wooden bridges along the paths to enjoy.

Southglenn is a wonderful place to be a pup if you are looking for a friendly place in Centennial to work off some extra energy! Cherry Knolls Park is a complete playground, picnic area and open field built to meet the needs of the many families that live in the area. If you are looking to move into this up-and-coming neighborhood, there are dog-friendly rentals as well as plenty of real estate to fit a variety of budgets. The nearby deKoevend Park is pupular with the locals for its winding walking paths and family-friendly play equipment in the center.

Willow Creek is a neighborhood near the center of town. This neighborhood has a variety of homes and apartments available for the many families moving in! Willow Creek Park is a well-loved place for dog walkers and families because it has a little bit of everything, from trails and grills to athletic fields for local teams! 303 Coffee Company is a pupperific place to recharge when you need a pick-me-up, and they welcome pups at their outdoor tables when the weather permits. Brother's Bar and Grill has three outdoor tables where you and your dog can enjoy a delightful dinner together!

Algonquin Acres

Algonquin Acres

Algonquin Acres is a neighborhood on the eastern side of town where you will see more room to roam. If you want to live in Centennial but want a little extra space for your family, this is a great area to house hunt in! Just down the road is the Cherry Creek Valley Ecological Park, with plenty of native plants and small animals to admire from the trails. There is a wooden boardwalk that will take you safely across the wetlands and let you get up close and personal with the pond! Dogs are welcome on all trails as long as they are on a leash.

Parkborough is a quiet neighborhood that offers a slightly slower pace for Centennial residents than some of the other neighborhoods. Pioneer Park is nestled on the outskirts of the area. This park has tree-lined, paved walking trails that lead through meadows and play areas. Foxes are a common sight in the area, so stay vigilant when walking and pay attention to the smells your pup may be picking up. If you get hungry, Saddle Rock Grill isn't far from Parkborough, near the Saddle Rock Golf Course. This local dog-friendly eatery has daily specials to satisfy almost every craving starting at 4 pm, seven days a week.
