In the city center of Gulf Breeze, you will find paradise for your pup and that goes by the name of Shoreline Bark Park! There is a puptastic place for off leash fun where your pooches are free to roam and run with new furry friends. There are separate areas for small pups and larger dogs, with water available and shade for the hotter days. There are also waste bags here to keep the place clean and tidy! For a bite to eat, stop by La Brisa when you are in the area. Here you can chill out by the waterfront and admire the views, as well as enjoy some delicious food. The outdoor seating is dog friendly and even has open grass.

Tiger Point

When you are out and about exploring Gulf Breeze, you may start to get hungry. Now you can bring your pup with you when you fancy a bite to eat to Shane’s Rib Shack! If you love ribs, this is the place to be, but they also serve up burgers, pulled pock and wings to tuck into. Don’t forget to leave some room for peach cobbler! There are five dog friendly tables here, which means your pooch can sit by your side while you eat. Just be sure someone can watch your furry friend while you order, as table service isn’t available here. For dessert, head to Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt where your pup can join you at their outdoor chairs.

Fort Pickens/ Pensacola Beach

Every pup loves their walks and exercise; so, when you are in Gulf Breeze, you have got to visit Pensacola Beach West Dog Park on the Pensacola Beach peninsula! This is a pawsome spot for your pooch that lets him roam through the sand and dip his paws in the blue sea. There is no better place in town for a swim with your pup! All furry friends can be top dog here, as long as they remain on leash. There are doggie bags and handy wipes available, in case you furgot your own. Catch a bit to eat at one of the peninsula's dog-friendly restaurants, such as Crabs- We Got 'Em, Cactus Flower Cafe, or Hemingway's Island Grill.

N 12th Ave/ E Jackson St

If you head northwest from Gulf Breeze, you will find Pensacola. This puptown is only 7.3 miles away and has a host of dog friendly eateries you can visit to satisfy your growling stomach! If you love spice, be sure not to miss out on Cajun Speciality Meats. This is a puptastic place for trying Cajun on every meal. Plus, the outdoor seats are covered and your pooch is welcome to join you to relax in the shade. For those that love Mexican food, check out Xiscali. Here you can enjoy a range of pawsome dishes, as well as chill out at one of the outdoor tables with your furry friend.

W Garden St/ N A St

Just a short drive north west of Gulf Breeze for 7.3 miles, you will reach Pensacola. Here you can visit the pawsome Vince J. Whibbs Sr. Community Maritime Park! This is a beautiful spot next to the waterfront where you can enjoy the views and go for a stroll with your pooch. There is plenty of open grass to play fetch, as well as a playground for the kids. This park is always bustling with life and has an amphitheatre and hosts festivals throughout the year. If you get hungry, you can drop by Nick’s Boathouse. This boasts stunning views of the waterfront and serves up delicious seafood, as well as having dog friendly outdoor seats!
