Enjoy a great day out at the park with your pup at the Gleason Park. This dogtastic park offers a rec center, playground, exercise circuits, and a lake with a turtle sanctuary. There is also a great walking path throughout this large park where you both can get a walk, but beware that the park does host a lot of cyclists. The park also holds fairs and events, so make sure Fido likes hanging out in large crowds before going.

Seacoast Shore

If you and your pup are looking for the perfect beachside park to hang out at, head to the Millennium Beach Park. The park offers a picnic area where you both can dine, restrooms, and a few trees for shade. There is plenty of grass that your pup can run around on and get a good game of fetch in, plus the two of you can take a walk along the walking path that winds throughout the park. Although this park sits on the beach, your dog is not allowed on this part of the beach. Don't forget your water and clean-up bags while visiting.

Coquina Palms

In the Coquina Palms neighborhood is the Irenen H. Canova Park that you and your pup can have a great day in. The park offers plenty of shade from the trees and a huge grass area were Fido can play fetch, sniff around, or get some good grass rolling in. The park is surrounded by a walking path where you both can get a good walk, and there are a few picnic tables that you can sit down and enjoy a meal together at. Don't forget your water and clean-up bags when you visit this pawsome park together.

Canova Beach

If you dog is itching to dip his paws in the sand, check out the Canova Dog Beach together. This pawsome beach park offers 9.1-acres of beach plus a small pavilion for shade, grills and a picnic area, benches for owners to sit on, restrooms, and water fountains. If your dog gets a little dirty, take advantage of the outdoor showers the park offers and rinse off before heading home. If you both need a bite to eat, check out Coasters Pub. They offer a great outdoor patio section where you can enjoy a tasty burger and beer with your pup by your side. Only a mile out of Indiana Harbour Beach in Melbourne, your pup will love going on this small adventure with you.
