Hi my names mayci, I will care for any dog aggressive for shy. Guaranteed love and patience when in the care of me. I’m 18 years old and going to school to be a veterinarian so meeting your dog would be my absolute pleasure. I look forward to walking your dogs.
Animals have been the center of my life for as long as I can remember. I feel that it’s very easy for me to have a connection with any animal. I have rescued and homes quite a few animals, including two set of baby opossums. Animals are what is right in this world and I would do anything for them.
“Fitness instructor and pet lover”
I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I have owned dogs my entire life and enjoy their company. I currently own two rescues. I support rescues and used to volunteer for one in Virginia. With being into fitness, I enjoy walking and/or running with dogs as I feel it is important for dogs to also get in their daily exercise.

Hiking is a great activity to do with Fido, so grab his leash and head over to the Belmore State Forest. Your dog is welcome to join you in exploring the trails as long as he stays on leash while in the forest. The park offers hunting, a pavilion for shade, picnic tables and grills, and is the perfect place to spend a day enjoying the scenery. While visiting the park, you and your pup can watch the butterflies and dragonflies, take a boat out on the Twin River, and look fot the beautiful wildlife that lives here. Make sure to bring plenty of water and clean-up bags with you.
The neighborhood of Keystone Heights shares its name with the town, which is thirteen miles out of Starke. Head out to this spot to grab a bite to eat at Tom's High on the Hog Real Pit BBQ. Tom's serves authentic southern style BBQ in a rustic and inviting restaurant. Locals love their succulent smoked brisket and St. Louis style ribs. If you're more of a burger fan, you're still in luck since that's on their menu too. Tom's also features a dog friendly patio and welcomes Fido to join you for some delicious BBQ.
The Mike Roess Gold Head Branch State Park in Keystone Heights is a fantastic area to take your pup to for a fun day out and an amazing hike. You dog is welcome to join you at the park and on the trails if he remains on leash and is well behaved. The park includes activities like biking, camping, canoeing and kayaking, star gazing, wildlife viewing, and picnicking among other things. Don't forget to bring water and clean-up bags for Fido.
Three miles out of Starke is Kingsley Lake, home to the Kingsley Lake Dog Park. This park is a great place to let your pup run around off-leash and have fun in a safe environment. The park offers plenty of grass for rolling and fetch, agility equipment for adventurous dogs, and a pond to swim in. The park is filled with lush trees to help provide shade for your pup, and he will love all the activities he can do and new friends he can make. Don't forget your clean-up bags.
If Fido is up for a little bit of a drive, 25 miles out of Starke is the Etoniah Creek State Park in Florahome. This 8,679-acre forest is a great area to take Fido for a fun day hiking and exploring. There are two major trails to explore when in the park, the Tinsley Road Trail and the Fieldhouse Road Trail. The trails will take you past wild animals like deer and turkeys, and winds through the beautiful forest. These two trails tend to be popular among backpackers and the Florida State Forests Trail walkers, so keep your pup leaches while in the park.
