My dog was too nervous and wouldn t let Kristen walk him, but Kristen went above and beyond to meet his needs. They let him out to go to the bathroom and helped my dog feel more comfortable through the anxiety. They did a great job communicating and stayed 20 mins to let my dog adjust. This 1.8-acre park is full of luscious grass, just waiting for your pup! There are dog clean-up stations on-site, but make sure to bring water for your pup. Central Bark is adjacent to the Northshire Park, and is full of open spaces to relax in after your fun time at the dog park. It offers plenty of shade for those hot summer days, and tennis courts for the sports enthusiast.

Ramsey Park

In the Ramsey Park neighborhood in Coeur d’Alene, north of Rathdrum, you and your pawtastic pup can head to Ramsey Park, which is the perfect place to start your day. It boasts over 30 scenic acres of outdoor, dog-friendly fun. Here you will find access to the Prairie Trail, which connects to the larger Centennial Trail. Together, these trails run for over 52 miles. The park itself offers sports courts and playing fields, and playground equipment for the young at heart. There are restrooms and drinking fountains on site. Please keep Fido on-leash throughout.

Coeur d'Alene

Looking for some outdoor fun? The Bluegrass Park in the Coeur d’Alene neighborhood of the city of Coeur d’Alene, north of Rathdrum, covers 11 acres that are just waiting for you and your fur-ever friend’s visit! It is full of rolling, grassy hills and plenty of trees where you can find shade for those hot, summer days. Jump on the paved walking and biking trails for an on-leash stroll around the park together and rest on the provided benches. There are sports courts, a disc golf course, and a picnic shelter. You will find restrooms on site and plenty of drinking fountains.

Sunshine Meadows

The Sunshine Meadows Park, in the Sunshine Meadows neighborhood of the city of Coeur d’Alene, north of Rathdrum, is the place to be with your pawtastic pup. Take your pup for a long walk on the paved trails, also suitable for bicyclists. The kiddies will love the playground equipment, and sports enthusiasts will find plenty to do on the volleyball and basketball courts. There is even a horseshoe pit where you can show off your skills to Fido. Restrooms and fountains are provided here, but be sure to keep your pup on a leash throughout and clean up after him.

Cascade Place

Head to the Cascade Place neighborhood of Rathdrum with your fur-iendly pup and stop at The Barking Lot Dog Park for some off-leash fun! Here Fido can hang with his pals in separate fenced areas for large and small dogs, each with plenty of grass to roll in and play chase with each other! The Barking Lot has clean-up stations, but be sure to bring plenty of water. Th dog park is located in the larger Majestic Park, where you can enjoy its many sports fields and kiddie splash pad with your leashed pup. There is a pavilion for group events that features a kitchen to prepare meals together.
