This facility has athletic fields, tables, and open spaces. Play some fetch in the grass with your special pal, then enjoy a picnic together. Dogs need to be on a leash at all times. Eastbrook/Malmo

Eastbrook/Malmo is located in northern Leland about 3.5 miles southeast of Sandy Creek. This development includes private residences, a country club, and some pocket parks. There are sidewalks here where you can take a stroll with your four-footed friend. A pawesome little area park to visit with your fur baby is Leland Municipal Park on Town Hall Drive. This 8-acre property has a paved pathway, a playground, open areas, and tables. Take a few laps on the trail, then have a snack at one of the tables. A pawtastic place to visit with your pup is Cypress Cove Park located off Appleton Way. This place features 27 acres of wetland and just over an acre of upland property. There's a canoe launch where you can access Mill Creek. Launch into the water with your special pal and enjoy floating or fishing. Dogs can join you here if they're on a leash. Mill Creek/Bell Swamp

In the neighborhood around Mill Creek and Bell Swamp, there are some farms and private homes. Walk past woods and fields with your pup to get your exercise here. Just up the road, on Westgate Drive, you'll find the Westgate Nature Park. This property has playground areas, a paved walking trail, a boardwalk, and nature paths on almost 150 acres of land. Brunswick Forest
