I’m Courtney. I’m finishing up at NC State this summer and studied human biology. I’ve always loved dogs and even volunteered at a shelter called Juliet’s House in Greensboro, NC. They’re a non-kill shelter who provide homes, food, and medical care to any animals that need rescuing. My family has a yellow lab, Bailey, who is now 11 years old. I’ve also pet sat many times before.

I also have experience with walking, sitting, and caring for other's pets. I have a nurturing, loving, fun-spirited nature and cannot wait to share that with your fur baby! Hi! My name is Jasmine and I have 2 dogs back at home in Virginia that I miss a ton. I am in a doctorate program here in Austin and would love to walk, play, and take care of dogs in my free time. I have volunteered at the SPCA in Newport News Virginia and love all types of dogs. I would walk, feed, and let out my own dogs (a golden retriever and a beagle lab mix) on a daily basis.

Dog Walking in Shallotte

Centrally located in the Brunswick Islands of North Carolina, Shallotte is a small town with big city amenities. It is only about 10 minutes from Ocean Isle Beach, Holden Beach, and Sunset Beach, making it an attractive place to live, vacation, and do business. Here, you'll find many nationally franchised stores and restaurants, as well as several local establishments. There are no animal hospitals in Shallotte, but the closest one in neighboring Supply is only 10 minutes away by car.

Keep your pup active by taking him for a leashed walk at the Mulberry Street Park. Spanning 10 acres, this peaceful and quiet spot offers walking trails and grassy areas for your pooch to explore. The park doesn't have much shade, but there is a picnic pavilion where you and Fido can rest and cool off. In the summer, the Mulberry Street Park becomes the site of a weekly farmers market where you can score some local produce and handcrafted items.

Less than a mile from the park is the San Jose Mexican Restaurant, which welcomes furry patrons on their gated patio. Grab an outdoor table with Fido and watch as guacamole is made fresh right before you!

A pawsome time awaits you and your pup in Shallotte!
