Courtney was great! My dog has separation anxiety & is usually freaking out when I get home after being gone all day. But this time, she was calm and happy. She clearly loved Courtney!

Sheana came through when I was in a pinch. I needed someone to let the dogs out because I was stuck in traffic in the mountains. She responded last minute and had excellent communication. She’s the best!

It was our first time leaving Skittles with a sitter, and Daniel did a great job of assuaging our fears! He was super communicative and made sure we knew that Skittles was in good hands. Highly recommend!

Kelli was awesome boarding my two dogs. Not only did she give daily updates with videos and pictures she also worked with them on introducing them to her cat and getting used to her big dogs. Can't recommend enough!

Fruit Valley

Fruit Valley

Rudy's Lakeside Drive-In is worth going out to the Fruit Valley neighborhood of Oswego. This restaurant is, in fact, right down by the water! You can watch the sun set over the lake from your table. The food focuses on a variety of American and diner classics, especially fried platters and fresh seafood. Despite the name, you don't have to stay in your car--Rudy's Lakeside Drive-In actually has a wide variety of pet-friendly outdoor seating! You can sample the famous fried mushroom caps appetizer while your dog dines on another pupular option--a bowl of ice water!

Fort Oswego

Fort Oswego

Brietbeck Park is a huge park right on the water in Oswego. This park is really something to bark about! While there is a playground, the emphasis is on green space. This openness is perfect for having a great time with your dog. Let the nose lead you from area to area, green meadow to path to picnic ground, all through this park. There's also a notable bell tower that makes an excellent photo op right near the center of the park. Dogs have to be on leash in Brietbeck Park, and remember to share the paths with joggers and cyclists.

Downtown Oswego

Downtown Oswego

The Veterans Memorial Park is a small park tucked into the heart of downtown. It has something no other park in the are can beat, however: a dog park! There is a marked, fenced in area of Veterans Memorial Park that's just for dogs to romp and play off leash. It's mainly open space, so bring a toy or two. For many dogs, however, the opportunity to mingle is fun enough! Hungry? Swing by La Parrilla, a casual eatery that blends Spanish and Italian influences into delicious cuisine. Their pet friendly outdoor tables allow you to try this Oswego hot spot with your pup in tow.

Scriba

Scriba

Scriba is a town and a neighborhood in the larger city of Oswego. Despite having its own Scriba fire department and Scriba Town Park, everything in this little burg has an Oswego address! Scriba Town Park is an excellent place to take your whole family. Their extensive playground is popular with kids. Adults will love the waterfront location and opportunity to grill out and enjoy some of the perks available to residential Oswego neighborhoods. Your dog? There's nothing here your pup won't love, from the green spaces to walking paths, to the sights, sounds, and smells of people! There's always something to do at Scriba Town Park.
North Oswego

North Oswego

Sunset Bay Park in North Oswego is a can't miss destination. The playground is small, but the walking paths are brilliant. The main trail sticks close to the water, because the bay off Lake Ontario is the main draw for this park. Your dog has to stay on leash, so no swimming for your pup, but it keeps the walk very interesting! You can also take some of the other paths that crisscross this park. In between there's a lot of open space. Bring lunch, or a good book, and relax when you've worked the energy out of your dog!
