Founded in 1847, Lebanon, Oregon was originally settled by pioneers who made their way West by wagon train. The first homesteaders chose the area because of its fertile lands where they could build homes and produce crops. For more than 100 years, Lebanon has celebrated its fruitful lands with a strawberry festival every summer.
