“High energy dogs are my specialty!”

I am a very active college student with plenty of experience with small, medium and large dogs. Due to classes online and the soccer season being cancelled, I have plenty of time on my hands and would love to stay active while taking care of your dog. I am willing to walk as far as the dog needs and have plenty of time during the day to take care of them. I am energetic, athletic, and I enjoy being outdoors in any weather.

“Dogs teach us how to be better human beings!!”

I am currently blessed with Toby, a Yorkie and Charlie, a King Charles. We cuddle on the couch, play in our fenced in yard and eat healthy. In addition to rescuing puppy mill survivors, I have experience working in a doggy day care. For the most part it was a great experience for young, playful, social and healthy dogs, but for a fearful dog with anxiety or for a senior, not so much. That is why I love WAG! No dog left behind.I also have experience as a pet adoption counselor. I’m a crazy dog lady!

Hi, I'm Alayna! Born and raised in Pittsburgh, I've been a dog lover since I was a kid. I currently co-parent two rescue dogs, and have many years of experience being around different breeds of all shapes, sizes, and demeanors. I love energetic dogs, lazy dogs, and every one in between. I understand dog behavior and body language and how to respond to the needs of dogs based on the aforementioned. My top priority around every new snout I meet is making the dog as comfortable as possible.

Dog Walking in Cadogan

Cadogan is an unincorporated community located along the Allegheny River, south of North Buffalo. The place is nice and friendly, but it's relatively small and doesn't have any pet-friendly parks or activities for dog owners. To find Fido-friendly things to do and see, you'll need to travel into other areas in Armstrong County. The closest veterinary hospital is less than 10 minutes away in Ford City.

The Armstrong Trail offers about 30 miles of trail with a few on-road sections that wind throughout Armstrong and Clarion counties. This trail is touted as one of the top ten things to do in and around the Pittsburgh area, so you'd be barking mad to miss it! Pooches of all sizes are welcome to explore the trail as long as they remain on-leash. You'll find the nearest trailhead in McGrann, on the opposite side of Allegheny River.

If you want to add some serenity and scenic views to your walk, The Butler-Freeport Community Trail is the perfect place to enjoy the wooded valley leading to Little Buffalo Creek and Buffalo Creek as well as to the Allegheny River at Freeport. The trail is very well-maintained, and you'll find eateries and bathrooms along the way.
